Order My Steps Dancewear is a family owned business, which opened the retail location in July 1998. Due to changing economic climate and family obligations, the decision was made to close the retail location in March 2013, but continue the business via e-commerce. We are working to provide the same level of personal service to our many faithful customers that we have developed relationships with over the years in the Chicagoland area and around the country. And, we hope to provide quality merchandise and service to many more we have yet the priviledge to meet.

3. RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING
FEE. The customer is responsible for return
shipping fees and reshipment costs (except in cases of

4. Replacement for claims of defective merchandise are
subject to inspection by Order My Steps Dancewear
staff and agreement of the manufacturer to replace

5. SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL and are not
exchangeable for any reason except manufacturer
