Shipping Information:

Merchandise can be purchased online or in store. We ship generally via United States Postal service to addresses only (not PO Boxes). However, we will ship via Federal Express or United Parcel Service if customer prefers. Also, overnight shipping is available. Shipping charges are based on weight of shipment.

Allow ample time for processing and delivery. Processing usually occurs within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Shipment of in stock items usually occurs within 24 - 72 hours after processing is complete.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

1. Online orders must be fazed, mailed or electronically submitted. We do not accept verbal orders. Orders can be faxed 24 hours a day.

2. When submitting orders please use our stock numbers or descriptions, including color and size.

3. RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON LINE ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE PER ITEM. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and reshipment costs (except in cases of defective merchandise).

a. On line purchase returns or exchanges must be received no more than 30 days after delivery of shipment to the customer

b. NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES OF TIGHTS, UNDERGARMENTS or items that have been worn, altered, laundered, not in original packaging or have had merchandise tags removed.

c. ITEMS MARKED AS SPECIAL ORDER ARFE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

4. Replacement for claims of defective merchandise are subject to inspection by Order My Steps Dancewear staff and agreement of the manufacturer to replace the item. Please call or email for return authorization before returning the merchandise.

5. SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL and are not exchangeable for any reason except manufacturer defect. (Please refer to #4)

6. Claims for discrepancy must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the shipment

We accept VISA, MASTERCHARGE, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, DEBIT CARDS, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS

We are required to collect sales taxes for orders delivered within the state of Illinois. The current rate is 10.25%
